This tea kettle does not whistle. Quality used tea kettle brand. It does have some wear. Dent on inside of lid but still closes. Some wear on outside, bottom and handle . Inside there seems to be some hard water stains and wear. See pictures for wear on kettle. Still a super cute working tea kettle!
